Hygiene & Hiring Inflatables During the COVID-19 situation

To all of our wonderful Customers,

Our number one priority at CastlesWA is the Health and well-being of all of our Staff and Wonderful Customers.

We have been keeping up to date with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. We would like to give you an update on what we at CastlesWA are doing to keep in line with the latest advice from the Government. We want to ensure you we are doing our part to protect our staff and customers.

At CastlesWA we have always had a stringent hygiene process in place. However due to the current Covid-19 situation we have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of our staff and equipment.

Yes, we have started taking on bookings again. while a lot of events in the near future have had to be cancelled, we are still taking on future bookings with strict policies in place that will need to be adhered to when we agree to hire to you.

As of Tuesday 27th April 2020, the number of people that can attend a gathering has been lifted to 10 people. When planning your get together please make sure you adhere to this. Please note the 10 people includes the people already in your house, so if you have 6 living at your home then it only allows an additional 4 people. We will keep this updated when the information is released in the future.

We at CastlesWA take great pride in the cleanliness of our equipment. All of our items are always thoroughly cleaned before hiring and in between hiring. We have taken extra steps to prevent the possible spread of the Coronavirus COVID-19.

1. Any staff that has been unwell, or if any member in their home has been unwell, they are unable to work.

2. Our staff are aware of the strict hygiene guidelines in relation to contact with staff, customers, and the public.

3. All our equipment is cleaned with Hospital Grade Disinfectant before and after your hire. We also sanitise the equipment before and after use.

4. Our staff are very strict with hygiene and with the process of hand washing/and or the use of Antibacterial Hand Gel as well as Proper coughing etiquette. We strongly urge our customers to follow the same process and guidelines as well.

Please also avoid shaking hands and practice social distancing where possible.

We would like to thank all our previous customers as well as the new ones for your continued business. Like a lot of other small business’s out there its been a struggle and we are so thankful for your support. We wish each and every one of you all the best and hope to see you in the near future.
